Tax on orders placed online
If the destination state collects sales tax, we will collect that tax on your order.The VAT tax is not shown in the online store. It appears only on the payments page.
Prices and product information
Products displayed on our online store are also available in selected stores. The prices displayed on the web site are quoted in U.S. currency and converted in your currency at the rate of exchange at the time of the order confirmation.Some products on the website may be out of stock for a while and we apologize for the inconvenience. If this happens, we will inform you of the delay by email once you have place your order.
Prices are valid and effective but are subject to change at any time. Some sales and coupons can be offered at anytime for a certain period.

Delivery
Mosaic clothing may be delivered straight to your door. One of the many great things about Mosaic is that when you purchase an item, you have the ability to choose which mailing company you would like, and its speed. You can also choose the address of delivery. This means that the invoice and the package can be delivered at a different address. When purchasing an item, we can give you at anytime the status of your order. The shipping company that you choose may offer you a tracking number that will help you to locate your package while being processed by them. This tracking number should allow you to see the status of your order. This way, you know when it has left a warehouse, where it is, and when it should arrive at your door and approximately when you will finally be able to represent Mosaic. Note that Mosaic clothing shall not be held responsible for any mistakes done by the shipping company you haven chosen, whether the package never arrive or is damaged.Stock, Products
If we are out of stock and the product is not available at the moment of your order, we apologize for the inconvenient. We will send you an email to inform you of the delay. You will then have the choice to cancel your order, or to wait for the delivery, or to get another product instead. If you canÕt wait, then you can try looking in one of our retailer shops.If the clothes donÕt fit, you cannot send them back. We have a table on our website which gives exactly the detailed size of our product. So you better take your measurements before placing an order. In case we send you a different size from your order, then we will be able to change it for free: we will reimburse you the shipping cost for the returning product. If the item is damaged, as a default or is not the one you ordered, we will change it for free for the one you ordered: we will reimburse you the shipping cost. However, there are some conditions.
(a) You must inform our customer service by email of the problem that occurred: customerservices@mosaic-clothing.com.
(b) The item must be sent back away three days from its arrival of the customers mailing address.
(c) All itemÕs etiquettes must still be attached to the item.
(d) Item must have never been worn and kept perfectly new.
(e) Item must be sent in his original package.
